History
Sixth Avenue West Estates was originally conceived and developed in the 1970’s as part of the nominal growth of the City of Golden. Its expansion progressed steadily for most of three decades after then. The subsection of West Ellsworth way came about as the community expanded further into key highways near downtown Golden and downtown Denver.
Amenities and Famous Landmarks
West Ellsworth Place is snuggled just off the adjacent cul-de-sac of South Juniper Court, where homeowners drive through to reach many of Golden’s main social, medical, and business centers. A couple of unique locations are also situated nearby.
