Grant Ranch is a 493-acre community situated among other neighborhoods in Littleton and Lakewood, 12 minutes away from Ken Caryl Valley. It is situated 13 miles south of downtown Denver, in close proximity of the pristine Bowles Reservoir.
Grant Ranch was founded as a direct result of the Colorado Gold Rush, with Georgian prospectors setting up camps and log cabins in the vicinity of what would later become Littleton and Lakewood. By 1859, the area had 150 log homes, and these became some of the first settlements that would form Denver. Grant Ranch itself would remain as a farm and ranch community for most of the 19th Century until Denver’s expansion would incorporate it years later.
Grant Ranch has a wide selection of entertainment facilities, public utilities, parks and paths for exercise and foot travel, restaurants, and other similar facilities. Educational institutions and healthcare providers are also located nearby. If you also love shopping, Southwest Plaza is also within the vicinity.
This is one of Grant Ranch’s busiest streets at night. West Bowles is lined up with restaurants and eateries offering various cuisines, ranging from local breakfast favorites to Mexican classics and authentic sushi.
The Crown Social on Broadway is known for its classy, Victorian-inspired interior and atmosphere. Friends on the lookout for a twist to their night can go here to experience sophistication at its finest.
Grant Ranch has a wide selection of luxury homes in Denver to choose from, ranging from single-detached homes, to condominiums, patio homes, townhouses and lakefront homes. Homes range in pricing from $490,000 to $2,100,000 depending on location.
